We’re excited to announce that, beginning 10/1/14, we are shifting our MRP shop-control software from Visual Manufacturing to the E2 Shop System by Shoptech Software.
Visual Manufacturing served us (and our customers) well for almost 20 years, but we felt it was time for a change. Our hope is that E2 will allow us to gain some insight into areas of our company that were challenging to review with our previous software.
Hopefully, this change will lead to better visability and communication with our customers.
We understand that shifting away from a product that we’ve used for 20 years will not be easy. We ask for understanding as we adjust. We’ll do everything in our power to minimize the effects of this change that you experience, and to continue to respond to your questions as quickly as possible.
